What this website is

An information site for a roofing contractor operating in Pompano Beach and the surrounding Broward County towns. It publishes pricing ranges, code explanations, permit fee data and service descriptions. It is marketing material with real numbers in it, not a contract, not a quote, and not professional advice about your specific building.

Published prices are ranges, not offers

Every figure on this site is a range drawn from completed jobs, published municipal fee schedules or contractor pricing guides, with the source and collection date stated next to it. Nothing on the site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance. A binding price exists only in a written, itemised quote issued for a specific property after somebody has physically inspected the roof, and only for the period stated on that document.

Accuracy and change

Building codes, municipal fee schedules, insurance statutes and material prices all change, sometimes several times a year. Reasonable care goes into keeping this site current and no guarantee is offered that every figure is correct on the day you read it. Anything you intend to rely on financially should be confirmed with the relevant city building department, your insurance carrier or a licensed professional. See also the disclaimer.

No professional relationship

Reading this site does not create a contractor and client relationship, and nothing here is legal, insurance or engineering advice. Statements about Florida statutes, the Florida Building Code and insurer obligations are general summaries offered to help you ask better questions, not a substitute for advice about your own circumstances.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, tables and code on this site belong to the business operating it, except where a third party is credited. Quoting a short passage with a link back is welcome and normal. Republishing whole pages, the permit fee comparison table or the calculator without permission is not.

External links

Links to city building departments, the Florida Building Commission and the state licensing register are provided because they are useful and authoritative. Those sites are outside our control and their content, availability and privacy practices are their own responsibility.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent Florida law allows, this business is not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published here, including any decision to repair, replace or defer work on a roof. That limitation does not affect any obligation arising under a signed contract for actual roofing work, which is governed by that contract and by Florida construction law.

Work performed

Roofing work is carried out under a separate written contract that sets out scope, price, payment stages, warranty and dispute resolution. Where anything in that contract conflicts with anything on this website, the contract governs. Florida Statute 489.126 applies to residential deposits above ten percent and nothing here modifies it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the courts of Broward County have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of this website.
