What this site collects

There are no contact forms, no accounts, no logins and no shopping cart on this website, so it collects no name, email address or phone number from you directly. The only thing to enter anywhere on the site is a job value in the permit fee calculator, and that number is processed entirely in your own browser and is never transmitted anywhere.

Server logs

Like every website, this one is served by a host that keeps standard technical logs: the requesting IP address, the page requested, the time, the browser user agent and the referring page. Those logs exist for security and for diagnosing faults. Nobody at this business reads them for marketing purposes and they are not combined with anything else to identify individuals.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising trackers. If basic traffic analytics are in use, they are configured to record aggregate page views rather than individual visitor profiles. Google Maps is embedded on several pages so you can see the service area, and Google may set cookies through that embed under its own privacy policy, which is outside our control.
